How long is the hire period?

We try to be flexible with hire periods depending on availability. Most hires are 2 to 3 days.  

Do I have to be home for delivery?

No, as long as you have paid in full and returned a signed hire agreement and there is somewhere safe for us to leave the items.

When does my booking have to be paid for?

Invoices will be sent at the time of booking. They are generally due 2 weeks before the hire date, unless other arrangements have been discussed. We do not require a deposit to secure your booking.

Can I collect the items?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your hire items from us in Lockyer Waters- address will be provided when booking.

What happens if we damage or misplace an item? 

Please let us know on or before pick up/ return what items are damaged and what occurred. The hirer is fully responsible for all hire items during the hire period. While we understand that accidents happen, replacement fees apply.

Do you have insurance? 

Yes, we have $20,000,000 in public liability insurance.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery throughout the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, Somerset and Ipswich regions. Please contact us for a price based on your location.
